LISBOA SAILING CRUISES may be forced to cancel due to wind or sea conditions, insufficient passenger numbers or unforeseen circumstances, but an alternative date and time will be offered. If this is not suitable a full refund will be made.

Passenger cancellation requests must be sent by email to info@lisboasailingcruises.com, indicating your name, the date and time of the cruise, as well as your cell phone number.

LISBOA SAILING CRUISES has the right to refuse boarding to people under the influence of alcohol and to stop serving alcohol on board if the safety of the customer(s) is at risk - no refunds will be made.
